lovely stay in a great spot
tidy entrance cozy room
the location is super convenient I could easily walk to nearby pubs and a sainsbury's store the entrance and stairs looked tidy leading up to my room my room felt very nice and cozy it was lovely and warm in the evenings and i didn't hear any noise from outside or other guests coming and going. i really enjoyed the stay
my room was a little small with an angled ceiling the heating was on even though it was summer i had some trouble turning it off also my bathroom was located down two flights of stairs it was a bit inconvenient

the staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs communication was easy with clear instructions and quick replies to questions i appreciated the kind and efficient help i received. i am thankful

the guest house offers practical facilities i appreciated having tea and coffee available in my room a mini fridge was also very useful for storing drinks and snacks . it made things easier

the guest house is in an ideal spot near the train station access to the area is easy and convenient. i could easily walk to the surrounding areas and see a lot of local spots and enjoy the area

inconvenient bathroom worn mattress
The location was convenient for accessing restaurants.
The bathroom was on a different floor from the room. This was quite inconvenient. Other guests were moving about constantly. The mattress was also not comfortable at all. It seemed worn.

Excellent stay in a great location
superb location bus service friendly staff
The location was superb. I found many places to eat and drink nearby. A bus service to the lake and surrounding towns was available (this was useful). The staff was friendly and accommodating.
